Keeping the strategy relevant to the business and making it successful, taking the perspectives of the customer and of the business, looking for mutual wins. Taking the business needs to the technology, as well as leveraging the technology to inform, and offer new potential for the business. That is, the technology enables and influences business strategy at the same time.

Speaker biography: John is a graduate of UCD (BE 1985, MEngSc 1986). Spent twelve years as a management consultant with Andersen Consulting UK and Price Waterhouse Netherlands. John founded Ventis Ltd in 1998, followed by the creation of Capventis in 2005, specialising in CRM and BI from the beginning. Today Capventis UK and IRL specialise in Digital Transformation, incorporating CX, Business Analytics, and related solutions.
