Presentation Title: Where does ERP Fit with the Internet of Things?
Speaker: Mr Ian Gardner
Company: IBM
Presentation abstract: In the leading emerging trends to watch for in 2016, we see a shift from many of the more established (but still hot) trends to new advances capitalising on new technologies and capabilities.

A leader in these emerging trends is with industrial Internet of Things (IoT). We can already see the difference that this is starting to make in our everyday lives and in the products that we choose to use or buy. But where can or does IoT fit in the world of ERP and eBusiness Suite? If the future of business is seen to evolve into a machine built around sensors and information how can this be integrated into the key ERP systems and modules of today?

This session will be an open forum to discuss thoughts/ideas, challenges and opportunities that we may face in the emergence of this new capability.
