Liam Nolan, Vice President, Cloud Applications Development ERP EMEA

Prior to joining the Product Development Division Liam worked with Oracle Consulting Services (OCS). During his time in OCS Liam designed and implemented complex business system architectures across many business verticals.

Liam is an accountant who has brought both his business and IT skills together to ensure maximum effectiveness of IT applications in the accounting and business workplace. Liam has over 15 years experience with Oracle Applications. He has been involved with the development of ERP Cloud Services for the last number of years.

Steven Elsham, Senior Director, CX Applications

Steven runs the Customer Experience (CX) Applications business for Oracle’s commercial industries. He is Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM) and a Fellow of the Association of Professional Sales. He was previously a Non-Executive Board Member of the Association for Service Management International (AFSMI, now merged with the TSIA).

Cliff Godwin, Senior Vice President, Applications Development

Cliff joined Oracle in 1990 and has been a member of the Oracle Applications business senior management team for most of his time at the company.

Prior to his current role, Godwin led the applications technology group responsible for ensuring that Oracle E-Business Suite effectively leverages Oracle's systems technologies, and for building the common objects and services used throughout Oracle E-Business Suite.

He holds MS degrees in mathematics and operations research from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mark Hoernemann, Platform Strategy Manager, PeopleSoft

Mark has over 25 years of experince in the IT industry, including the past 20 years with PeopleSoft/Oracle in the PeopleTools development group. During his time in PeopleTools, Mark has been a developer, a manager of the Production Release Development team, and held several customer-focused roles. For the past 10 years he has been a Product Strategy Manager in PeopleSoft Technology. His current responsibilities include PeopleTools Infrastructure, including PeopleSoft on Oracle Cloud. Mark started his PeopleSoft career in Pleasanton, CA, and now lives near Minneapolis, MN.
